Apricot Pepper Jelly

I was asked by my customers to create an apricot pepper jelly. They wanted it to be "apricoty" with a good kick to it. I wanted it to be... great: not too sweet, not too vinegary, and also really pretty. So here it is, I think you'll like it a lot!

Enjoy my pepper jelly with meat, shrimp, Asian food. Try it with crackers and cream cheese and (my favorite) with goat cheese. And remember to share with your friends! It comes in 13 ounce bottles.

Compotes

Our 13 oz Compotes feature a lower amount of sugar than traditional jams. Because no water is ever added to them, they boast a very strong fruit flavor as well as a distinctively rich texture. A product of the highest quality, they can be served on toast, yogurt or ice cream. They are preserved only with vitamin C and must be refrigerated after opening. Their unopened shelf life is one year.
