Our 9.75 oz Compotes feature a lower amount of sugar than traditional jams. Because no water is ever added to them, they boast a very strong fruit flavor as well as a distinctively rich texture. A product of the highest quality, they can be served on toast, yogurt or ice cream. They are preserved only with vitamin C and must be refrigerated after opening. Their unopened shelf life is one year.
